The house itself – with a total floor area of about 450 sq. m. – was completely restored in 2009 according to eco-friendly criteria and reusing as much as possible the original materials as the cotto tiles and wood beams
for the ceilings and handmade terracotta tiles for the floorings.
The house is stone-built and it develops on 2 floors divided as follows:
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor there are 2 marvelous salons: one features the typical barrel vaults of the old stables; in the other one there’s a magnificent fireplace,
which can warm you up on cold winter evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious and it features an original big fireplace.
From the kitchen, passing through a small room, you can exit out to the big portico.
On this floor there’s also a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom
and a guest bathroom.
First Floor:
The first floor is accessible both internally and from a beautiful external staircase.
Here you’ll find an exquisite living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a suite, featuring a very spacious double bedroom,

verdant countryside of region Umbria.

The location is very private: you can reach the house driving through a 600 mt white road.
By the way, the first town with services is just 2,5 kms away and beautiful Orvieto is 10 kms from the house (about 15 minutes by car).
