The Farm is located in the Val D’Orcia in the
province of Siena and is accessed by a white road with stunning
panoramic views.
Originally the farmhouse was part of a larger property owned
by an ancient Siena family and registered in the Gran Duchy of
Tuscany at the beginning of the seventeenth century.
The current owners bought the property in 2002 and started
restoration of:
The principal buildings and annexes
The vineyards - 5 ha (12 acres) in 2003/4
Construction of the separate winery/cellar to allow for all the
necessary activities /machinery concerned with the production
and sale of wine.
The restoration of the house and annexes used materials that
were original to the house or recuperated elsewhere of the same
age.
Everything was done to marry modern livability and property
comfort with the highest level of environment compatibility
and a strict respect for its history both in materials and in
architectural style.
The Villa, surrounded by it’s vineyards and facing south, is amongst
the hills typical of
the most beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The Villa is on 2 floors.
On the ground floor

room, kitchen, large dining room, plus a portico with stunning
views. A studio, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, utility room
and technical room.
On the first floor

living room and a splendid portico with stone volts. Externally to
the villa; annexes used for storage/garage.

from the romantic fireplaces, to the wooden beams, and the
arches which make this residence a refined ambience, welcoming,
full of charm, and completely in style with the enchanting area

The immaculate gardens with lavender much evident leads to
a large swimming pool and sun bathing deck from where the
delightful Tuscan countryside and vineyards can be enjoyed to it’s
maximum.
The wine estate

the Crete Senesi.
The winery is on 2 floors with a part below ground and is designed
to house all the processes necessary to the wine making
for these types of grape.
All machinery is included in the sale
which covers
also the “Bobard” .
Wine bottled and labelled at the estate.
